Host your company picnic, car show, or any outdoor event at the fairgrounds!

Our grounds are divided in individual sections that can be rented daily or weekly! Each section varies in size. In addition to the fairgrounds, we have multiple buildings available for rent including, Historical village, Exhibit Hall, and Track.

Included in your rental fee is free online publicity. Your event will be publicized on our website and social media channels.

Booking Process

A completed application is necessary to place a tentative hold for dates. We can hold the tentative dates for approximately 1 week during which time the application information and references will be researched. If approved, our Facility manager will notify you that your request has been approved and the amount of deposit required to confirm rental of the facility. It is understood that this application is only a request for dates and is not a contractual agreement.

Cancellation:  Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
